You must be a member in good standing to sign up for a Cape Cod Ski Club trip.  Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Before submitting a membership application you must read and accept the terms of our Liability Policy (read prior to completing application).                                                                                                                         
Early Bird Discount:  Join before Oct. 1 save $6.00!  Available only through September 30!
Full Membership for one season:  $45 starting October 1

NO FORMS NECESSARY IF YOU APPLY ON LINE!!!  You must have a unique email address, (couples cannot share one email address) You can use a credit card, debit card or Paypal account to pay on line, or apply on line and select Manual Payment and mail a check to CCSC Membership c/o Bob Jensen, 44 Chipman Rd., Sandwich, MA 02563.  Saves time, postage, prevents errors!  If you need a paper form, or want to give it to someone who doesn't have a computer click on Offline Membership Application Form.
