What You Need to Know about Overnight Trips

Cost of overnight trips varies.  See trip details by clicking on trip name. PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL TRIPS ON LINE!!!!  You may either pay on line or mail checks(s), but either way please register on line!!! 

IF YOU PAY ON LINE, YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO PAY IN FULL!!!  IF INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR TRIP, AND YOU PREFER TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS, SELECT MANUAL PAYMENT AND MAIL CHECK TO TRIP LEADER!  Pay on line or send a deposit check (or entire amount) for your chosen trip to the trip leader to reserve your place on the trip. Make additional payments as specified under the trip description details.

Some trips include all meals, some meals or none.  Read the trip description to see what meals are included. Some trips offer single supplements which are subject to availability.  If you sign up and pay for a single supplement, and it subsequently is not available, you will receive a ski club credit to your member account. 

Check the bus schedule for departure times from the Cape. For U-drive trips, check with trip leader to see if any participants are looking for carpool mates.  For fly trips, trip leaders will notify you about bus departure times.
