Overnight Trips

What You Need to Know about Overnight Trips

  • PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL TRIPS ONLINE! Email capecodskiclub@gmail.com if you need assistance or contact the trip leader.
  • All New England overnight trips are U-drive and are sold double-occupancy.
  • Overnight trips require online payment in full upon registration with a credit/debit card.
  • Some trips include all meals, some meals, or none. Read the trip description in the flyers to see what is included. 
  • Some trips offer single room supplements or an upgrade; these are subject to availability. If you sign up and pay for a supplement and it subsequently is not available, you will receive a Club credit to your member account.  
  • Early cancellation incurs a $20 fee. If a late cancellation, a $50 fee is incurred or any expenses already paid out by the Club that can not be recovered. The trip leader will communicate the amount based on the trip.

    • Three nights lodging at the Lodge at Lincoln Peak
    • Welcome Social Tuesday Night with pizza and salad @ The Bridges Vermont Resort & Tennis Club (1/2 mile from our hotel). Bring your bathing suit ... we'll have access to the pool & sauna!
    • Group Dinner Wednesday Night at Hyde Away (four miles from our hotel). Buffet style menu ... Cheese Board, House Salad, Chicken Marsala, Penne & Meatballs, Roasted Vegetables, Cookies & Brownies

    THE FINE PRINT

    In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by weather conditions and specifically lack of snow at the destination. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the tour operator to re-design a trip and offer an alternative and comparable destination. If it becomes necessary to cancel a trip, the club and members may incur monetary loss including but not limited to various cancellation fees, deposits, rebooking fees, and airline penalties. The club will, to the best of its ability, return money to the member and this will be determined by the Board of Directors as the canceled trip is reconciled. In the event no reimbursement is obtained, the member may lose their deposits and/or payments.
