CAPE COD SKI CLUB

Fly Trips ...

What You Need to Know about Fly Trips

  • PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL TRIPS ONLINE! Email capecodskiclub@gmail.com if you need assistance or contact the trip leader.
  • Consider testing registration using the Dummy Trip ... DO NOT PAY! (CLOSED AT THIS TIME)
  • Trip maximum registration matches maximum air seats contracted. If you want to join a trip and it's sold out, STILL REGISTER and be placed on the waiting list. Once the trip leader confirms air seat reservation requests, people may be moved from the waiting list to fully registered. Trips are several months away ... a lot can happen in that time; so, it's always advisable to join the waiting list.
  • All trips require a $500 deposit which can be paid by check, made payable to the Cape Cod Ski Club (NOT to the trip leader), and mailed to the trip leader (see address on the trip flyer).
  • If paying in full, payment may be made by credit / debit card. The online payments do not permit partial payments.
  • All fly trips are sold double-occupancy.
  • Some trips offer single occupancy add-on; these are subject to availability. Single occupancy must be arranged with and pre-approved by the trip leader. All double-occupancy registrations will be honored first.
  • Ground transfers and gratuities are included in the base price. There is no deduction for opting out of any segment of ground transfers.
  • If you opt to arrange your own air, you may ride with the club on destination ground transfers. The member is responsible to meet the group at the destination airport for the scheduled departure time. The club is not responsible for providing alternative transportation if the member is unable to meet with the group for the scheduled departure due to missed connections, bad weather, etc.
  • Some trips include meals, welcome receptions, other amenities. Read the trip description in the flyers to see what is included.
  • Early cancellation incurs a $50 fee. Any expenses already paid out by the Club that can not be recovered. are the responsibility of the registrant. The trip leader will communicate the amount based on the trip after reconciliation.

CANCELLATION: Group travel has very strict cancellation policies. Hotel, air, and tour operators each have cancellation charges based on when you cancel. The Club has a minimum cancellation fee of $50 for fly trips. Any fees paid on the registrant's behalf that are not refunded to the club or used by a member on the wait list are forfeited.
