Day Trips

Schedule

The ski club sponsors mid-week day trips. See the schedule below for dates and to register. For full details, including the bus schedule, see the Day Trips Information page.

The bus DEPARTS PROMPTLY from Park and Ride lots:

- Harwich at 4:30 AM
- Barnstable at 4:50 AM
- Sagamore at 5:10 AM 

Bus Price ... Lift Ticket

Bus cost for the 2024-2025 day trips is $100* per person. We must have 30* paid registrants by midnight the Sunday prior to a trip or it will be cancelled. Registration / payment for bus is online with credit/debit card. (exception: 1/15/25 school bus test trip / 20 paid registrants). 


*Exception: 1/15/25 is a school bus test trip at $60 per person with 20 paid registrants.


Each registrant is responsible for securing / purchasing their own lift ticket or using a resort pass.

How to Register

  1. You must register and pay online. Click on the mountain name in the schedule to register. If you do not receive an immediate email confirmation, your registration has not been successful. Please try again. If you need help with registration or cannot register online, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com
  2. Your seat is not confirmed until payment is received.
    • You will receive 3 email confirmations when the payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive these 3 emails, contact the trip leader for assistance or capecodskiclub@gmail.com

    You've done the hard work as a trip leader, Board member, volunteer ... and we'd like to THANK YOU! Join the annual trip that says, "We appreciate you!"

     

    Wednesday, April 2, 2025 Thank You Trip!

    Those eligibile for a free trip will receive a code for free registration:

    • Round trip motorcoach transportation from Cape Cod to Loon
    • Donuts on the ride up
    • Dinner stop on the way home

    The annual Thank You day trip is open to those who have served the club in some manner ... Board members, trip leaders and assistants, and volunteers at an event this season (Holiday Party, Banquet). It's the Club's way of recognizing your effort! Join the others for this fun day trip! Those who are eligible to join for free will receive a code to set the price to $0. If you have an IKON or other pass to Loon, please use that. If you need a lift ticket, please note this during registration.


    IF YOU HAVE VOLUNTEERED FOR THE CLUB, PLEASE EMAIL THE TRIP LEADER OR WAIT FOR THE DISCOUNT CODE TO BE SENT TO YOU.


    If you'd like to join the trip (non-volunteer), Base Price is $100 for the bus.

    THE FINE PRINT

    In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by driving conditions as determined by the bus company. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the bus company and Club Board to determine if a trip should be cancelled. If it becomes necessary to cancel a day trip, due to driving conditions, or lack of 30 paid/registered participants, the club will credit the paid $100 bus deposit to member's account which can be used towards another trip.
