Those eligibile for a free trip will receive a code for free registration:

• Round trip motorcoach transportation from Cape Cod to Loon
• Donuts on the ride up
• Dinner stop on the way home

The bus DEPARTS PROMPTLY from Park and Ride lots:

- Harwich at 4:30 AM
- Barnstable at 4:50 AM
- Sagamore at 5:10 AM 

The annual Thank You day trip is open to those who have served the club in some manner ... Board members, trip leaders and assistants, and volunteers at an event this season (Holiday Party, Banquet). It's the Club's way of recognizing your effort! Join the others for this fun day trip! Those who are eligible to join for free will receive a code to set the price to $0. If you have an IKON or other pass to Loon, please use that. If you need a lift ticket, please note this during registration.

THE FINE PRINT

In exceedingly rare cases, a scheduled trip may be affected by driving conditions as determined by the bus company. In these circumstances, the travel chair and/or trip leader will work with the bus company and Club Board to determine if a trip should be cancelled. If it becomes necessary to cancel a day trip, due to driving conditions, or lack of 30 paid/registered participants, the club will credit the $100 bus deposit to member's account which can be used towards another trip.
